Oh Oh!!
Singer Rihanna would testify against her boyfriend Chris Brown if called as a witness in his assault case, her attorney has said.
Donald Etra, who represents the 21-year-old Rihanna, said she would be legally required to give evidence if issued with a subpoena.
Brown was this week charged with assault and making criminal threats after an argument with Rihanna.
She has not commented on the case or a photo of her injured, on police advice.
In court this week, Brown's victim was named only as "Robyn F". Rihanna's real name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty.
Brown, 19, was arrested in Los Angeles last month after a row with the singer in a parked car.
One of the charges is of assault likely to cause great bodily injury.
Mr Etra said Rihanna did not want a "no contact" order issued against Brown but that she will report any violations of an order prohibiting him from threatening, harassing or harming her.
He added Rihanna wanted the case to be over with quickly so she could get on with her life and career.
'Outpouring of support'
If convicted, the possible sentence for Brown could range from probation to more than four years in prison.
Brown was arrested on 8 February after the dispute in the Hancock Park area of Los Angeles.
The alleged attack came hours before the Grammy Awards, and both stars cancelled their scheduled appearances there.
Documents unveiled during Brown's court appearance detailed how he and Rihanna got into a fight when she found a text message from another woman.
Brown is then accused of trying to force Rihanna out of their rented Lamborghini sports car and shoving her head against the passenger window and repeatedly punching her in the face.
Rihanna's spokesperson has thanked fans for the "outpouring of support she has received during this difficult time".
The case was presented by police weeks ago but prosecutors asked for more information before deciding what charges to pursue.
Brown has since said he was "sorry and saddened" by the incident and was seeking counselling.
Mansory LINEA Vincerò
The Bleu Centenaire wasn’t the only Veyron at the Geneva Motor Show to make heads turn. Bugatti has always earned appreciation for its limited edition Veyrons, and the new LINEA Vincerò is no exception. Done by German tuner Mansory, the Veyron LINEA Vincerò comes with a refined power engine. An advanced cooling system and exhaust system produces 1109 hp and 1310 Nm. Exterior modifications include a new front fascia, smaller hood, striking front apron, newly developed side skirts, a diffuser, larger air outlets and new forged wheels. The LED daytime running lights integrated in the front mount add to the overall aesthetics of the supercar. The interiors come with carbon fiber accents (we just love it), leather seating and trim and an LED ambient lighting system. Only three examples of this stunning special edition Veyron will be put into production.
Michael Has The Same Dates @ The o2 As Neyo?? Ooops!
MJ just announced ten tour dates at the O2 arena in London -- but there's a huge problem. Ne-Yo is scheduled to perform on one of the same nights -- and he's not planning to budge. Ne-Yo's rep tells us, "There is currently no change whatsoever to Ne-Yo's performance at the O2 arena in July ... the show is going on as planned."
Jackson's tickets are set to go on sale to the public March 13 and they're surprisingly affordable -- ranging from $70-105, plus booking fees. Sources tell us that MJ's shows could expand to over twenty-plus shows depending on demand.
So who will move there date?
Errrm lets see, Lol
N.W.A. Movie???
New Line Cinema is developing Straight Outta Compton, an urban drama about N.W.A. (a.k.a. Niggaz With Attitude), the hip hop group that helped pioneer the gangsta rap movement in the '80s and early '90s.
The project will chronicle the rise and fall of the rap quartet, founded by Eazy-E, Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, and MC Ren, whose songs were so incendiary (i.e. "F--- tha Police") they were banned from radio playlists but still sold millions of albums.
Then came the inevitable fiery breakup, a grudge match between the former bandmates, and Eazy-E's tragic death due to AIDS.
The film's producers, which include Ice Cube, Dr. Dre, and Tomica Wright (Eazy-E's widow), and Circle of Confusion Entertainment, are now actively searching for a director along the lines of Curtis Hanson (8 Mile).
